You can use any medium to create your projects: paints, inks, pencils, pens, stains, etc., as long as you keep to the colours from the colour swatch. You don't have to use Chocolate Baroque stamps to play along but if you do you will be entered into a random draw to win £15 to spend on Chocolate Baroque stamps. All participants will have a chance to be on the Design Team's Top Three list and proudly display winner's badge on their blog.
This is also an extra special month because it marks the First Anniversary of Chocolate Baroque Colour Challenge and there's a very special prize for one lucky winner!
On to my card...little surprise here! It's July and that somehow means time to get cracking with the Christmas card making. Here's my simple offering using the colours above. Not your typical festive colours but a little step left of centre can be a good thing :)
The tree and snowflakes are from the Family Christmas A4 sheet and the greeting is from the Christmas Magic clear set. For the background I blended a couple of Distress Inks: Dusty Concord and Seedless Preserves. Of course there are just a few pale green bling and to finish, a bow.
Here's a closer look. I stamped the tree with VersaFine Olympia Green and coloured it with Faber Castell Polychromos. For the greeting I used VersaFine Imperial Purple.

I'm hoping this card will inspire you to enter the CASE-ing Christmas Blog Hop. Chocolate Baroque is sponsoring a prize... and somewhere on this card is a clue as what that prize might be! If this Blog Hop is news to you, I urge you to head on over to CASE-ing Christmas Blog Hop post haste for details of Prizes and Rules.
The Blog Hop ends at 11:55pm (Central) on July 17th. Just a few days left to link up your project.
That's all from me today. Thank you so much for stopping by and for your continued support. I look forward to seeing your projects. Have a beautiful Wednesday!
