Polkadoodle-Emma Canning Blog Hop + CANDY

Now let me show you what I've done with the Emma Canning image:

I made this sweet feminine card for a girlfriend using the beautiful floral, polkadot and gingham prints  from       Polkadoodles' Cherry Blossom Lane CD. With so many gorgeous papers and elements on this CD, I had a hard time choosing.  The sentiment is also from the Cherry Blossom Lane CD.... splendid - enough said! 

This image by Emma Canning is the sweeetest thing ever! The little lady is so delicate and I treated her kindly with soft pink colours. You have to agree that Emma's artwork is awesome and this image was an absolute joy to colour. 

For dimension I used foam tape and  die-cut CS. For embellies: sheer pink ribbon and a few pink blings and my card is done.  I really didn't have to try very hard with that beautiful image and delicious papers.

On the inside... I saw that tag on the Cherry Blossom CD and I just had to use it. A little freebie bookmark for my friend!
